"As an individual needing to clear my parents’ home of their quality but aged furniture and miscellaneous personal property, I was referred to Nathalie Bastin with Guardian Angles Estate Sales.

My experience with Nathalie was nothing short of excellent.  While I did participate throughout most of the process, Nati needed no help from me as she proceeded throughout the house tagging, pricing and staging item after item.  She posted photos of all major items to her website and her flock of estate sale followers to generate interest.

At 10am on Saturday morning, there was a line of 40 to 50 people waiting for the doors to open.  In the two day sale, over 80% of everything in the house was removed and paid for.

Nati’s procedures were organized and professional.  She provided a print-out of all items listed with values received at sale.  There was absolutely no damage to the property as Nati and her two assistants closely supervised all activity in the house.

Overall, I had no complaints with the estate sale.  The Guardian Angels Estate Sales Agreement was clear and concise, and every item of the agreement was performed as described.  

For most people, estate sales are not a desirable event, but Nati certainly made that necessary closing chapter a lot less painful."
